Three(ish) months ago, this little cookie dream officially launched… and somehow here we are.

I keep thinking about the people who have shown up. My community, new friends who now feel like old ones, familiar faces who come back for “just one more,” and the ones cheering from behind the scenes. You’ve supported this business in ways I never could have imagined, and I feel so deeply grateful.

This year has been full of stepping outside of my comfort zone.

I was a figure skating coach for 11 years before I broke my fibula 🦴 Coaching & my students were my purpose & I still love each of them to pieces but new metal pieces in my ankle & pain from the injury set me on a new trajectory which led me back to Miss Semi Sweet (with a new twist).

I’m a Le Cordon Bleu graduate with a sweet tooth which inspired my over the top stuffed cookies. I have loved every pop-up, meeting every new person that stops by & spreading joy through sweet treats 🍪✨ And guess what it’s just the beginning!

So just keep in mind sometimes an ending is just a re-direction to something even better that you could have ever imagined.

When I broke my leg in October of 2024, I was a figure skating coach who didn’t know what the future had in store. The pain in my boot due to the new metal pieces in my leg caused me to rethink the future. HOWEVER! My best friend, Cher, had a brilliant idea & saw a sparkle in me for the future.
