Oh boy, am I far behind on blog posts. I just get to darn excited to not share photos on Instagram! (PS: It's @MissSemiSweet - just you know, in case you were curious.)
Do you know that rule...the one that goes...try on the dress don't buy it yet in that moment if you're not 100% sure. Wait a few days and if you can't get that dress off your mind go back & buy? No one else lives by that rule? Just me. Oh. Awkward.
That's the story of this dress. Tried it on at Vintage Alley
(https://www.facebook.com/pages/Vintage-Alley-Salon-Inspired-Vintage-Boutique/146782318758402?fref=ts) & left it behind as I walked out of the store. The next few days the dress never left my mind. The way it made me feel. The button at the base of the back of neck. The ruching (is that just a wedding term I hear on TLC or can I use it in this sentence as well) around the mid section. What is it that CoCo Channel said? "A girl should be two things, classy and fabulous." That is how this dress made me feel.
So who made this flawless dress?
Stop Staring Clothing of course.

OR...if you live in the bay area you could always swing by Vintage Alley & say hello to my wonderful friends there. (This makes me sound like they paid me, but they didn't. I'm a firm believer in passing on wonderful experiences.) They are a truly wonderful husband and wife duo with a shop full of Heart Of Haute, Unique Vintage, Stop Staring & also a hair salon.
