PinUp Girl Clothing + The Pink Collar Life
I fell in love with The Pink Collar Life turbans after seeing them at their booth during Dapper Day.
Reasons why I didn't buy one right then and there:
1.) I never wear my hair
2.) Could I even pull it off?
3.) So many choices, which one to buy!
Reasons why I should buy all of them:
1.) Gives me a way of styling my hair down, but not having to worry about the top part!
2.) Damn straight I can pull it off!
3.) Start buying them now and in a few weeks you'll have all the styles.
The fabric feels luxurious.
The broach/pin is lovely.
After this first purchase from The Pink Collar Life I can tell I will be a long time fan of their items.
The dress itself was found on PinUp Girl Clothing's website. I adore long dresses. They make me feel fancy and fabulous and this one gave off a 1940s day dress vibe that I couldn't pass up.
Was it an accurate view point on the dress? Maybe not, but I like to think I made it work!
So I was sold once I saw the color and the style of dress (not to mention it was in the SALES part of their website) and then I saw the back and knew it was meant to be.
Backless dresses are hard for me, because I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to what bras to wear or what I'm supposed to do.
Technically, I suppose the easiest solution is to go bra less, but I'm not at that point in my self confidence so that would be a no go for me.
I found the bra (that you can't see) at Victoria Secret. It is sticky everywhere and when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE.
I just thought I'd throw that out here if anyone has an bra suggestions for me OR if you're like me and don't know where to go.
YOUR WELCOME! ;-)
