Policies

Payment & Booking

- Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month.
- Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date (Net 15).
- Ongoing work and deliverables are dependent on timely payment.

Rescheduling & Cancelations

- Content shoots may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours notice.

- Cancelations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot may result in the deposit being forfetited.

- Project files & raw footage are stored for 30 days after final delivery.

- Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all files during this period.

File Storage

Usage Rights

- Once payment is complete, clients receive unlimited usage rights for their business social media platforms and marketing materials.

- Miss Semi Sweet Creative retains the right to feature completed work in portfolios, social media and promotional materials.

Raw Footage Request

- Raw, unedited footage is not included unless specifically requested and may be available for and additional fee.

Turnaround Time

- Standard editing turnaround time is 3-7 business days after all footage, instructions and materials are received.

- Larger projects may require additional time.

Rush Delivery

- 48-hour rush delivery may be available depending on workload.

- Rush delivery is $100 per video and must be requested before editing begins.

Revisions

- Each video includes 2 rounds of revisions.

- Additional revisions beyond two rounds are $50 per revision.

- Revision requests must be submitted within the approval window.

Approval Window

- Clients have 3 business days to submit revision requests after receiving edits.

- After this window, the project will be considered approved and completed.
